What is your STORY Framework?

SSituation you are born into

TTheory received from caregivers about life

OOrientation into the world you have inherited

RReality of how your life has unfolded

YYou can go back and start again. You rewrite what you inherited. Yield your past to reclaim authorship of your future.

You come into the world with a clean slate, and just like that the players in your life begin writing your script. What you believe is not neutral but inherited, given to you by your parents and caregivers. Their worldview becomes your reality, as they hand you a working theory of life; what success looks like, what love feels like, what failure means, what is possible, what is not and every lived experience presented as your narrative. Through media, religion, culture, and family, your world is interpreted for you before you ever learn to interpret it yourself.

And once you memorise the script that has been written around you, you don’t simply follow the pages … you become that STORY!  Your outlook is no longer original… it is now conditioned.

But just as a director can scrap a script, recast roles, and rebuild a production from the ground up – YOU CAN REEVALUATE YOUR STORY AND REWRITE YOUR SCRIPT If the one handed to you  lacks truth, alignment, or intention.

You need deep quiet, introspection, and radical self-awareness to birth clarity about who you are at your inner core;

  • your values
  • your strengths
  • your  weaknesses
  • And your unique process.

Unfortunately, clarity is not given but unearthed, and many never question their story, let alone rewrite it. They live and die inside a script they never questioned.

Stories are the framework that establishes you in identity.

Framework 1

  • Who am I — beneath what I’ve been told?
  • What am I about — what have I been sent here to express or build?
  • Why do I matter  — in this generation, this community, this lineage?
  • Where is the highest and most effective use of my gifts  —  my strengths, talents, and skills?
  • How do I acquire and steward the resources I need — relational, financial, social, intellectual, and spiritual?
  • When is the time to release, reproduce, and pass the baton  — to the next generation?

Framework 2

  • Clarify the crisis within the core self
  • Identify the conflict shaping that crisis
  • Challenge the forces sustaining the conflict (internal and external)
  • Confront the resistance directly
  • Climax with real change and transformation

You are not stuck.

You are living inside an inherited narrative.
